Field Service Integration
StreetEagle is designed to make field service operations easier but it also makes your existing, industry-specific software more powerful through tight integration. Data collected automatically by StreetEagle populates existing field service applications with real-time data including arrival and departure date and time stamps, calculated job time and travel time, worker time sheets, proof-of-service and more. LiveRoute allows users to view actual (vs. planned) route performance in real time – on the road from their mobile device, or in the office via the desktop application – not after the fact (when it’s too late). LiveRoute users can see all of the active routes currently in progress for the day, displayed both visually on a map and with a listing of each assigned stop on the route. These stops/jobs show the job information, current completion status, arrival/departure times (if completed), and duration of stop (if completed) and the percentage of each route’s completion up to the minute.
